Training & Education
Rules change, ships change and ranks change. Training is how a seafarer stays ahead of all three, and it is why our programs are built around what a participant will face on the next voyage rather than around a syllabus.
Teaching is done by master mariners and chief engineers who have held the ranks in question, on the vessel types in question.
